• I have been Cake Decorating for 35 years and have adapted to quite a few changes during my time.
  
  A teacher of cake decorating through Wauchope Tafe and Port Macquarie Adult Education. A total of 14 years teaching. I am now enjoying my craft as a hobby, after retiring (29 yrs), as a cook/village coordinator, from Port Macquarie Garden Village.
  
  I enjoy a challenge in my craft . All cakes are my speciality.
  
  Wedding cakes are just a start. Birthday, Anniversary and novelty cakes are just a few.
  
  I will alter a cake to suit your design.
  
  I will cook and ice "Chocolate, White, Caramel Mud, Fruit, Gluten Free and egg free cakes". I have a number of flavours to choose from.
  
  My prices are reasonable and delivery is possible upon application.
  
  A cake is the centre piece of any occasion.  I can create that cake for you :)
