• Port Douglas Weddings was established in 1996, and was the first wedding business in the village of Port Douglas, Queensland. Since then we have been planning and organizing an average of 200 weddings per year, for couples from all over the world as well as Australia.
  
  Port Douglas Weddings is the SOLE NOMINATED BOOKING AGENT for all weddings at St. Mary's by the Sea - an historic 1880 fully restored non-denominational church.
  
  The chapel, which is situated in the heart of Port Douglas has a huge glass altar window which offers breathtaking views of the Coral Sea and rainforest clad mountains, stained glass windows, traditional wooden pews and a church bell.
  
  It can comfortably seat 80 guests, though we have squeezed in up to 100-110 with standing room at the back. St Mary's is an affordable, truly beautiful venue for your special day.
  
  We can take care of all your wedding arrangements including photography and video, transportation, hair and make up, to flowers, music and even accommodation the wedding couple.
