• I have been Cake Decorating for 35 years and have adapted too many changes in cake decoration.
  
  Teacher of cake decoration through the Wauchope Tafe for 7 years, and Port Macquarie Adult Education for 7 years, totaling 14 overall. I am now enjoying my craft and working two days a week in a retirement village where I started working as a cook 29 years ago.
  
  I enjoy a challenge in my craft . Novelty cakes ect.
  
  I make and ice cakes for all occasions. Weddings, birthday and novelty cakes.
  
  Will alter a cake to suit a brides design. All cakes are reasonably priced.
  
  Will make and ice Chocolate Mud, White Mud, Caramel Mud, Fruit Cakes, Gluten Free and egg free. We have a number of other flavours to chose from.
