Our cakes come in many flavours, Our 30 year old recipe Dark Fruit Cake is made with real sultanas, currants and cherries. We use Beenleigh Rum from the Beenleigh Distillery and our fruit cake doesn't have any of the bitter peels that some bakers use. We also have a great tasting Mud Cake recipe that comes in Chocolate, White Chocolate, Marble, Caramel, Strawberry and Choc Jaffa. When deciding which cake to have remember that we can alternate flavours but the heaviest cake must be on the bottom. The exception to this rule is when there are 2 sizes between cakes (ie. 6" and 10" cake).
Extra costs are limited to detailed decoration, figurines, sugar flowers (white roses are generally included). Delivery can be arranged and is subject to the location of the reception venue, please contact us for prices.
We also supply cake decorating supplies, pre-packaged quality mini fruit cakes, delicious happy birthday cakes in their own presentation boxes and gingerbread products ideal for party and christmas time.
