• My name is Penny Hartelt and I am an Authorised Civil Celebrant (CMC).
  
  I am young and energetic, with a friendly and fresh approach to weddings and other ceremonies.
  
  My weddings are relaxed, yet professional and can take into account your specific needs to create a unique and special occasion.
  
  A complete service is provided, with ongoing consultation to ensure the perfect ceremony. Legal requirements will be explained to you, as well as the various elements of your ceremony. A rehearsal will be held, and a PA system is provided for your important day.
  
  I am well travelled, with an understanding of cultural beliefs and customs and sensitive to multicultural issues. I am located in Melbourne''s Outer East Region, and will travel to your selected location, as required.
  
  I enjoy the Celebration and this can be seen in the way I approach and conduct the ceremonies.
  
  
  Your Ceremony is a celebration of friendship, love and commitment. It is the day that you marry your best friend in front of your closest friends and family.
  
  Each ceremony is unique and reflects the feelings and beliefs of the couple. To ensure your ceremony is customised to your liking, you will both be offered a full suite of choices. You can write your own ceremony or you can personalise a prepared ceremony. It is all up to you, and I am here to provide unlimited assistance to help you prepare a dream day that is just right for you.
